Participate in National Survey of Continence and Pelvic Floor Specialists

  • Are you a nurse or advanced practice provider?
  • Do you provide care or conduct research with children or adults with incontinence, voiding, or pelvic floor dysfunction problems?
  • Do you practice in the United States?

If so, you are invited to participate in a research study to describe the characteristics, roles, activities, and practice challenges of nurses and other nonphysician healthcare professionals who provide care to children and adults with urinary and/or fecal incontinence, voiding, and/or pelvic floor dysfunctions. Your responses will inform the future of this practice and its advocacy.

This study is being conducted by Jean Wyman, PhD, RN, GNP, FAAN and Kristine Talley, PhD, RN, GNP-BC from the University of Minnesota School of Nursing, Diane Newman, DNP, ANP-BC, FAAN from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, Division of Urology, and Amanda Berry, PhD, CPNP-BC from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The study is funded by a grant from the SUNA Foundation, The Allergan Foundation, and Hollister Incorporated.
