The Role of the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Urology - Fact Sheet

Advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) are independent practitioners licensed by their state's board of nursing with graduate or postgraduate education at a master's or doctoral level from an accredited nursing curriculum. SUNA's Advanced Practice Nurse Task Force has developed this fact sheet which describes the role of the APRN in urology.
